Service subject to our limit of liability policy
Since 1927, Lozeau guaranties the quality of our photo finishing services.
Except when prohibited by law, your film, slide, negative or digital file wich you have entrusted to us for processing, printing or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any dammageS or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, even though due to negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, print, slide or negative is without warranty of liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. All jobs and originals unclaimed after a period of 1 year will be destroyed.
