Always wanting to give its customers the best possible service, Lozeau accords utmost importance to post-sale customer service. In the event of a brake or the malfunction of equipment, customer service representatives will be there to guide you through the repair process, regardless of whether or not the merchandise is still under warranty.
Please note that, in order to serve you better, we depend on the best repair centers when it comes to your merchandise. No repairs are made in store and no repair technicians are on location.

Firmware updates
Firmware updates is offered at all times and is done on-site, without delays, store traffic permitting. This service is offered to clients that wish to do an update without running the risk of damaging their camera. The cost of this service is $14.99 + tx.
FAQ
What happens when my merchandise is still covered under warranty?
Lozeau will send your merchandise to its manufacturer's customer service counter or their repair center. We only cover warranties of merchandise purchased at Lozeau. All merchandise bought elsewhere will be subject to regular estimate and repair costs.
All evidence of exterior damage including the following may result in warranty cancellation : damage caused by sand or water, visible impact damage, a bent memory card slot door, memory card or battery slot door breakage, damaged LCD screen, etc.
Lozeau reserves the right to refuse sending merchandise with exterior damage to one of its repair centers with the intention of the damages being covered under warranty. In the event, the customer will be obliged to pay for regular estimate costs.
How much does a repair estimate cost?
Estimation costs may vary according to the merchandise and its manufacturer. Our customer service representatives will be able to provide you with more accurate information when you come by in-store.
What time delay can be expected in the event of a repair?
As it is impossible to guarantee a repair delay, waiting time can be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. Repair time may be longer depending on the availability of parts needed in order to carry out repairs.
Can Lozeau repair all makes and models of merchandise?
No, we can only cover repairs on brands carried in store. It is also impossible for us to carry out repairs for other reasons, such as merchandise being too old or too damaged, for example.

You must come in store to our customer service counter, on St-Hubert street at the corner of Bellchasse located at:
