What is a product code?

What should I do if I find an error on the Lozeau Web site?

Will I get a receipt?
At the end of your online transaction, you will see a detailed summary of your order. Print this page as a record of the transaction. You will also receive a confirmation of your order and a delivery notice by email, which you will need to keep for your records. A receipt of the transaction will also be sent with your merchandise.
How can I get free shipping?
All orders totalling $ 500 or more before taxes are eligible to free shipping. Please note that this offer is not valid for chemistry, as well as certain products and / or bulky items that may require special delivery costs, different shipping & handling or special procedures. Is this also valid for international shipping?
Right now, Lozeau only ships within Canada.
If I order more than one product, do I have to pay shipping fees for each item?
We calculate shipping and handling on the entire shipment. If one of the items in your order is not available, you have a choice to wait until your order is complete or have it sent in several shipments.
If I order today, when will I receive my shipment?
Delivery time depends on the availability of products and the delivery method you choose. A credit verification may add to delay.
How do I proceed to return a product I ordered on your Web site?
Lozeau allows for a period of reimbursement of 14 (fourteen) days upon receipt on most goods. No return will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) duly completed. Contact us to obtain one. The product should be returned in a "like new condition", in its original box, with all the accessories and manuals, as well as all the documentation accompanying the product.
Lozeau does not allow the return of the following items and does not provide refunds for these: perishable goods, photo paper, ink cartridges, software, item in liquidation, film, chemistry and special orders.
All returned merchandise is subject to an inspection and Lozeau reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the goods.
How do I get a commercial account?

The main advantage of a commercial account is the ability to make your payment within 30 days. As we have to conduct a credit investigation, please allow 48 hours to have your account opened.
