Lozeau’s Gold Plan not only provides you with Bronze Plan protection, but also a free rental of a comparable product throughout the equipment repair period, if the equipment is covered by the plan (rental subject to our rental policy).
The Bronze Plan offers basic protection, as detailed by the insurance provider.
Legal warranty notice

Full warranty on parts and labour
This warranty covers parts and labour according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Your product will be replaced by an equivalent model if repair proves impossible.
For your protection and peace of mind, Lozeau’s protection plan is underwritten by a federal insurance provider with an A+ rating.
Whether the damage is caused by overvoltage or current reduction, Lozeau’s plan provides complete protection.
You have the option to transfer the balance of your protection plan, at no charge, to a new policy owner.

When a unit covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the Lozeau protection plan has undergone servicing under those warranties on three (3) separate occasions and requires servicing for a fourth time, as determined by our authorized service centre, the insurance provider will replace the unit by another of equivalent performance and whose value does not exceed the original purchase price.
