Terms and Conditions
- Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
No packages will be accepted without a RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an authorization number, contact one of our advisors at (514) 274-4428 or toll free 1-800-363-3535. The article must be returned within 5 calendar days following the insurance of the RMA.
- 14 Days
We will exchange or refund cameras, video cameras, projectors, scanners, screen calibrators, printers and/or drawing tablets (unopened packaging), lenses, flashes, lighting kits, books and digital frames, or any product with a serial number, within 14 days of receiving your order. In the case of defect, memory cards and projection lamps can be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of receiving your order.
- 30 Days
We will be pleased to exchange or reimburse most of the items that you have purchased online within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Refundable Products
We are sorry that we are unable to offer reimbursement for the following items: gift cards, unrwapped memory cards, perishable items, hard drives, unwrapped software, bulbs, unwrapped batteries, articles on, liquidation items and delivery fees. Due to the nature and value of professional equipment (broadcast video equipment, cameras & professional studio equipment), Lozeau can not offer a refund or an exchange on the material above a retail price of $ 2,000.
- Product Condition
The product should be returned intact and in its original package, since Lozeau does not sell used equipment (unless specified otherwise), which includes: blank warranty cards, manuals, the UPC code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied credit or restoring charges could be applied.
Before Lozeau can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.
- Method of Reimbursement
Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the credit, which will be applied to the same Visa or MasterCard used at the time of purchase. An email will inform you of the operation. Expect a delay before your refund appears on your credit card statement.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 14 days.
