Delivery Charges

Regular shipping is free with any order of $500 and more before taxes*

The delivery address cannot differ from the biling address.  Any difference between card holders’ address and delivery address will result in the order being rejected.

Exceptions and special conditions:

If a product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Additional charges may apply for shipping large or heavy products (20 lbs or more), for liquids ($15 extra), for hazardous products (20$ extra) for chemicals and for deliveries within rural areas with a zero in the postal code.

If it is the case, you will be notified prior to billing and shipping of the packages.

Large orders can be divided and be delivered in separate parcels. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail. All above shipping costs are in Canadian dollars.

IN-STORE PICK-UP POLICIES

You can place an online order and pick it up directly in-store by checking that option when choosing the delivery method of your order.  72 hours following the receipt of your e-mail confirmation you can go to the store, at the reception, with the following documents:

• Confirmation e-mail of your order
• A piece of I.D. with photo
• The credit card used at the time of purchase

NOTE: Only the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card used at the time of purchase can pick-up the order in-store.
